After the success of Moire, Mutualist was back collaborating with WTF Market in 2017 for a full take on visual identity; this time in the city of Makassar, South Sulawesi. Heavily associated with advanced technology, the “Future” from “We The Future” became the inspiration for the theme of Makassar’s first WTF: The Circuit.

In all of our designs for The Circuit, we used lines as our main graphic elements; a simplification and stylization of an actual electronic circuit and a representation of how technology connects dissolving boundaries between people.
