BFI Finance is a public company and considered as one the most well-known finance companies in Indonesia. In this project, we were given the opportunity to create a brand campaign that included hundreds of comic illustrations with various collaterals such as flyers, notebooks, calendar, posters, banners, and many more. This campaign was published within the company, as a guide for the employees to always represent BFI’s key behaviours. We chose comics as our main medium due to the fact that through illustrations, people are more eager to read and contents become easier to understand.

About Project
The biggest challenge was to portray and create scenarios to elaborate BFI’s 15 key behaviours which were divided into 5 categories, abbreviated to GREAT. GREAT represents the 5 Points of BFI Culture and work ethics that includes: G for Grow and Improve Continuously; R for Respect and Care; E for Excellent Service; A for Absolute Integrity; and T for Trust and Team Spirit. Thus, we personified these points as five characters that represent people from each major part of Indonesia.
